The position combines Advisor training with execution of brokerage tasks necessary to complete a transaction, from initial underwriting through closing. During the first year, the Advisor will learn the fundamental competencies of brokerage and be exposed to many complex real estate transactions involving various types of healthcare real estate assets. Advisor should possess high integrity as well as management and leadership potential.
